What happens to what you tell the waitlist

Last updated 5 September 2026

This page covers one thing only: the form on this site, and the Facebook or Instagram lead form that feeds it. It is written for real estate agents asking for a copy of Open House.

If you are an open-house guest who signed a sheet at somebody's listing, this is not the page you want — that is a different system, run by the agent who was standing at the door, and it has its own policy on their own instance.

What is collected

Only what you type into the form:

Nothing is looked up about you from any other source, and nothing about you is bought from anyone.

The Meta advertising pixel

This page runs Meta's advertising pixel, because most people reach it from a Facebook or Instagram ad and it is the only way to tell which ad was worth running. Being straight about what that means:

There is no other third-party script on this page. No analytics, no session recording, no advertising network beyond that one pixel.

What it is used for

To email you about getting a copy of Open House, and to set one up for you. That is the whole purpose. Each instance is provisioned by hand, so a real person reads what you wrote before replying.

What it is never used for

Who can see it

Rodriguez Wealth Management, LLC — and the services that carry it: the host this page runs on, and the email provider that delivers the notification. If you submitted through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also holds a copy under their own privacy policy, which is separate from this one.

How long it is kept

Until you ask for it to be deleted, or until it is clear you do not want a copy of the app. There is no reason to keep it beyond that.

Getting it deleted, or seeing what is held

Email rodriguezwealthmanagement@gmail.com and say so. No form, no account, no reason required. You will get a reply from a person, and the row is removed.

Email you receive

Signing up means one reply about your instance, and any follow-up needed to get it working. If anything else is ever sent, it will carry a working unsubscribe link and a postal address.

Changes

If this changes in a way that affects what is done with information already collected, anyone on the list gets an email about it before it takes effect.
