The open-house sign-in sheet that stays yours.

A QR poster guests scan on their own phone, a tablet that keeps working when the Wi-Fi doesn't, and a small CRM that keeps the answers. Your own copy, your own database, nobody else's leads in it.

Ask for an instance No card. No contract. I set each one up by hand.

What's the catch?

Fair question. Most free tools in this category are free because somebody is paying for access to the people who sign your sheet. Here is exactly what is and isn't true here.

  • Nobody is paying to be on your sheet. An ad cannot render on the sign-in form, the kiosk or the printed poster — those three placements are excluded in the code, on both the read and the write path.
  • Your guests aren't looked up. There is no data-enrichment vendor anywhere in this app. It asks people questions and writes down what they said.
  • No lender is paired to your sheet. Not "you can switch it off" — settlement-service advertisers are refused in code.
  • Your own copy, your own database. One agent per instance. Nobody else's clients are in it, and yours are not in anyone else's.
  • Your list leaves whenever you want. Export every contact to a spreadsheet, no permission needed.
  • There is a paid tier, and it removes ads from your own dashboard. That's all it does. Nothing behind a paywall can ever block a sign-in, the kiosk, a poster, your login or an export.

What you actually get

Everything below is in the app today.

A QR poster you print

Your listing, your name, and a code guests scan with their own camera. The sheet opens in their phone's browser — nothing to download, no account to make.

It keeps taking sign-ins offline

When the connection dies the tablet holds them on the device and shows you how many are waiting. Tap Sync to CRM when you're back and they land — and it clears only what the server confirms, one guest at a time.

It sorts the room

A buyer moving in the next three months who says outright they have no agent is marked hot the second they submit. Skip a question and it records "not answered" — never "no".

Your sheet, your questions

Hide the questions you don't want, add up to three of your own per open house, and put your own headline, thank-you and colour on it.

A follow-up list that shows its math

Quiet nine days, hot cadence is two — here's the number. Nothing sends itself; it copies a plain message to your clipboard and you decide.

Email alerts on every sign-in

The moment someone signs in, you get their details and everything they answered — so you can call the good one before you've left the driveway.

How you get one

There's no signup button, and that's deliberate.

  1. Tell me how you work

    The form below. Thirty seconds.

  2. I stand up your instance by hand

Your own copy, on its own address, with its own database. I'll email you from my own address when it's ready.

  3. You run setup and pick your own password

A one-time key unlocks it. I never see the password you choose and can't recover it — which is the point.

Questions agents actually ask

Who owns the leads?

You do. They're in your database, on your instance. Export them to a spreadsheet any time. Nothing is shared with me, with a portal, or with a lender.

Does it work without Wi-Fi?

The tablet does. It keeps taking sign-ins with no connection, holds them on the device, shows a count, and delivers them when you tap Sync to CRM. Being honest about the edge: a guest signing in on their own phone with no signal is a case I'm still working on — at the door, use the tablet.

Is this going to start charging me?

Everything described on this page is free and stays free. There is a paid tier and the only thing it does is remove ads from your own dashboard. It can never block a sign-in, the kiosk, a poster, your login or an export.

Are you going to sell my clients' information?

No. There's no enrichment vendor, no analytics and no telemetry in the app. The only feature that ever contacts anyone else's server is an opt-in map, off until you tick it per open house, and it carries an address and a time — never a guest.

How is this different from a Google Form?

A Google Form needs signal, and basements don't have any. It also doesn't qualify anyone, print a poster, or know who to call on Monday.

I'm not technical.

You don't install anything. It's a web address you open. Setup is four screens and I'll walk you through it if you want.

What's in it for you?

I'm building something I use at my own open houses and I want it used by people whose weekends look like mine, so I hear where it breaks. When there's a paid tier worth buying, some of you will buy it. That's the whole plan.

I read every one of these myself.

I'll email you from my own address. I don't sell or share this, and there's no card.
